The development of consciousness in the history of art

A morning lecture in which the history of art becomes a story of how human consciousness has changed, from the visual language of ancient Egypt to our own time.

Janne Silvasti is an artist, a glaze painter and an art teacher at the Örjanskolan upper secondary school in Järna. Together with Arne Klingborg he has designed the colours of glass windows in Kulturhuset. The lecture is part of Spira’s continuing education series, and tickets can be bought for this lecture alone.
