Talks and conversations

The DOK seminar

Hans-Martin Krause on what one of the world’s longest-running farming trials has shown about biodynamic, organic and conventional farming.

About the event

In the Swiss DOK trial, researchers have farmed biodynamically, organically and conventionally side by side since 1978. Hans-Martin Krause, who leads the trial at the research institute FiBL, talks about what the results show for the climate, the life of the soil and biodiversity, and what Swedish farming can take from them.

The day begins with coffee at ten. After Hans-Martin Krause, Artur Granstedt speaks, and after lunch there is a panel discussion. Small exhibitions on the theme are shown during the day. The seminar is held in English.

The seminar is organised by Svenska Demeterförbundet, and Stiftelsen Kulturcentrum is one of the co-organisers.
